Ok, last one for the day, I promise. I tend to develop things and create content in spurts. Maybe it was too much coffee? Who knows. But, here's the deal. A lot of you came here when we started the New Booster Survival Guide. But, today, I decided to go a little deeper.

You see, we train student leaders all the time. Drum majors, captain camps, this camp that camp... But, we forget the backbone of our organizations... You. The parents. No one trains you for what you are doing to support these groups.

Sure, there is leadership training out there, but it is generic and mostly corporate. The arts are different. So, like the student leadership lab, I have outlined curriculum and a plan for a booster leadership lab. Yes, video modules like most expect, but in this lab, we will have synchronous learning as well. Let classes, Q&A, opportunities for one on one training.

We are starting this small to do this right and make sure everyone gets supported.
